Please read the following policies prior to registration.
Sign in and sign out is required for all campers. EBCA Sports Club is not responsible for the camper until they have been officially signed in by the parent or guardian. No camper leaves the premises without the listed parent or guardian signing them out. Identification may be required.
If someone other than the authorized parents/guardians will be picking up the camper, written notice is to be sent to info@ebcasportsclub.ca and identification will be required.
An emergency contact list will be kept on site at all times. Any occurrance of injury, minor or major, will be properly documented and reported in a timely manner.
If there are any medical concerns or allergies that our staff needs to be aware of, it must be provided prior to the start of camp. Any equipment, e.g. an Epipen or puffers, must be given to the staff on the morning of the first day of camp. Medical equipment will be signed in and out with the camper each day.
EBCA Sports Club is not responsible for any lost items. It is recommended that all items are individually labeled. Any items found throughout the week will be kept in a bin. On the last day, parents/guardians will be asked to check the bin. Any unclaimed items will be donated.
EBCA Sports Club is not responsible for any injuries, accidents or incidents that occur during participation in activities, training sessions or events hosted at our facility. All participants engage in activities at their own risk. We strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before engaging in any strenuous physical activities.
By registering for this event, you agree to permit photographs and videos of you/your child for uses related to public promotion of EBCA Sports Club.
To benefit from discounts (Sibling and multi-week) participants must register all family members and all weeks of camp at the same time. Cumulative discounts will not be applied on future purchases.
A fully stocked first aid kit and ice packs will be on site at all times.
EBCA Sports Club has the right to cancel the camp on the occasions that registrations are low. Parents will be notified through e-mail or phone if the camp is cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Our summer camp is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all campers. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying of any kind. One warning will be given and if there is a second occurrence, the camper will be removed and no longer be allowed to attend. No refund will be given.
Every camper has the right to feel safe in our program. When behavior issues arise or challenges present themselves, we resolve them on an individual basis. All campers are responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Participant Code of Conduct:

EBCA Sports Club, its instructors and partners reserve the right to dismiss a participant without warning if, in their opinion, the participant compromises the physical and emotional safety of themselves, other participants, staff and volunteers or has failed to cooperate with any rules or code of conduct. Please note that no refunds will be given if a camper is dismissed for the above reasons.
It is your responsibility to pick up your child on time. Although allowances will be made for emergency situations, a parent who picks up their child after the scheduled pick up time will be charged a late fee. Payment must be sent prior to the start of the next day of camp.
- First Occurrence (less than 30 mins) : no charge
- First Occurance (longer than 30 mins) : $35
- Second Occurance : $1/per minute
- Third Occurance: $1/per minute - *removal from camp program
**Please note - Any late picks 1hr or more beyond the scheduled pick up time will result in a report made to CAS.
