EBCA Active Start

Our Active Start program is specifically designed for kids ages 2.5 -  6 who are full of energy and eager to play. Since our volleyball programs begin around age 8, Active Start gives younger children a chance to build confidence, coordination and a love for movement in a supportive, play-based environment. 

Each 75 min session is packed with variety - sports games, obstacle courses and fun challenges that keep kids engaged from start to finish. With a focus on active play, teamwork, and developing motor skills, Active Start is the perfect introduction to structured activity without the pressure of competition. 

To make sure every child gets the attention they deserve, we keep our athlete-to-coach ratio small, allowing for lots of encouragement and guidance. Parents are required to stay in the building during the program, but we encourage you to sit back, relax, and enjoy some downtime while your child plays, learns, and makes new friends. 

At EBCA, we believe that early positive experiences in sports sets the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits. Our coaches create a safe, inclusive space where kids can explore new movements, make friends, and leave with big smiles (and maybe a little tired out, too!).
